I do meet with children, teenagers and their families for a whole host of psychological issues ranging from anxiety, to self-harm, bullying, social isolation, school related difficulties, family conflict, challenging behaviour, abuse related trauma, coping with chronic medical issues and suicidal thinking.
Sometimes I work exclusively with parents on their parenting, supporting them in caring for their family. During the Covid-19 pandemic I am offering a twice weekly Facebook Live Q&A for parents which you can watch on my Facebook page by clicking here.
Normally, I run my clinical practice from my office in Co Clare (near Killaloe). However, with the restrictions imposed in response to Covid-19, I am doing no in-person sessions. I don’t have offices in Dublin or other areas of the country. If you’d like to meet with me with (or without) your child or teenager then please email me for details.
Please note that currently (April 2020) I have no availability to take on new clients, nor am I maintaining a waiting list. I am sorry I can’t offer to meet with you. Your GP or local HSE services may be able to recommend local practitioners that might be able to advise you. Please do check back here as I will update my availability every month, and perhaps more often as we get new information about keeping safe during the Coronavirus crisis.
